ACCOMODATION
The Tangjiahe Hotel Complex offers double rooms with queen-sized or twin beds at the daily rate of USD$60 (i.e. USD$30/person/day if shared) or a limited number of single rooms at USD$45.
NOTE: Single rooms are already fully booked. If you do not wish to share your room, the only option now is single occupancy of twin rooms, which is subject to availability. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Please inform us about your preferred choice of lodging during the registration.
Students can stay in the dormitories of the Congress venue at the Tangjiahe Natural Education Center with bunk beds and shared bathrooms at the daily rate of USD$12. Nine rooms with 40 beds are available in total, which will be divided into males and females dormitories according to number of guests. Priority is given to student participants and researcher participants of Asian countries.

TRANSPORT
Getting from/to the international airport to/from the Congress venue
The Congress will arrange free land transports from and to the Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport (CTU) Terminal 1 (T1) according to the following schedule:

* Congress Ambassadors will meet participants at a designated meeting point (TBC) at CTU-T1 on April 8.
@ It will be a long bus journey. There will be toilet stops, but NO meal breaks. We will provide a snack and drink on the bus. Please also bring or buy food for the commute.

Flight recommendations
Arrival
We recommend arriving in Chengdu on April 8 (Monday) early to catch Bus A1 or A2 for a more relaxed, scenic bus journey to Tangjiahe. If you want to explore Chengdu, we suggest arriving on or before April 7 (Sunday).
Please use the city guide as a reference to pick your airport hotel.
Departure
For your return flight, we recommend booking flights that depart no earlier than 4:00pm on April 13 (Saturday).
